Shipping and Delivery Time

All orders will be dispatched from the factory within 2 to 5 business days (counting from payment confirmation). All orders will automatically come with tracking, regardless of standard or express shipping. This means that from the moment it leaves our warehouse until delivery, you can track it right to your door! We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to an incorrect, invalid or correct address.

Based on our experience, 90% of products are delivered within 25 business days of posting.

Always aiming for seriousness and credibility with the business and its customers. Our products are shipped directly from the factory, the entire process takes 7 to 25 business days, varying according to the distance from each state. Our national products are usually delivered faster, on average 7 to 20 business days.

Considering possible delays and losses, the maximum delivery time is 60 working days. After this period you will be able to choose between:

1. Receive a new product equal to the one ordered.
2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.

We ask for ATTENTION WHEN FILLING OUT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS to ensure that it is made within the established deadline. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, after this period the product has already been separated for shipping.
