Shipping will be charged according to the weight of the product, based on the Post Office table and the zip code informed by the customer. Delivery may take place by economic order (PAC) and delivery time may vary according to the destination zip code.

For purchases over R$49.00, shipping is free via PAC.

If delivery does not occur within the stipulated deadline, Xtore Profile will open a complaint with the Post Office. The deadline for responding to manifestations is up to 5 working days, however this period may be longer if there is a need for a better assessment of the case. If the merchandise is not located, the customer will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid or, if they prefer, they can place a new order for the same value on the Perfil Xtore website.

Perfil Xtore is not responsible if the order is returned to an incorrect address. Registration data is the sole responsibility of the customer. If there is a problem with the delivery of the products due to an error in the registered address, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
